Ruka Curate is the founder of Pro Newborn Care™ and has spent more than 24 years working with families through the earliest stages of infancy as a ROTA nanny, sleep consultant, and newborn care professional. With a formal background in biochemistry and neuroscience, she built this program because she believed the industry deserved something grounded in real science and real experiences. She also founded Tiny Treasures Nanny Agency and Parents First Days™, creating a full ecosystem that trains, places, and supports NCS & Childcare professionals across the United States.
